“Interesting and thought provoking. A brilliant course I really

The Resilience training was both informative and beneficial. The content raised awareness of key themes that could be considered and key actions that could be undertaken to increase one's ability and capacity to enhance well-being and address personal and professional challenges and threats. The process of hearing about practical approaches, discussing these and practising some with peers was enjoyable, cathartic and positive.
I recommend the programme for anyone wanting to reflect on their approach to stress and difficulties, who is also wanting to effect change.
Dave Howard, Head of faculty Teacher Education Bradford College
"Personally, as a leader I feel that the ability to return from adversity feeling stronger than before is an essential life skill, but particularly within the current education system. I value our staff greatly, they are our greatest asset and feel strongly about developing resilience with adults as well as children. Therefore, we booked Threedom for a staff INSET day. They led a well run and organised day that with skilful delivery provoked staffs’ reflection - as much as they felt comfortable to do. Threedom also allowed us to think about and gave us practical strategies that would help to build resilience enabling us to be more happy and confident both personally and at work. A thoroughly enjoyabe and very worthwhile day."
